 General Terms and ConditionsSports Alive refers to Sports Alive Pty Ltd (ABN 49 069 087 332), a bookmaker licensed by the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission. Under the Race and Sports Bookmaking Act 2001 Sports Alive is authorized by the government of the Australian Capital Territory to accept wagers on all approved sporting codes and events worldwide. Sports Alive is bound by the Rules of Sports Bookmaking as approved by the Minister and gazetted from time to time. When opening an account or placing any bet with Sports Alive, the customer acknowledges as binding the ACT Rules of Sports Bookmaking and the Sports Alive Rules of Wagering. Placing a wager signifies your knowledge of, and agreement to be bound by, the current version of these rules. |
